FAQ'S
DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Walk-ins are always welcome — but we highly recommend reservations, especially on weekends.
Attraction times can fill up quickly, and reserving ahead guarantees your spot (without the wait).
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE DATE AND TIME OF MY RESERVATION?
Short answer: no refunds on reservations. When you reserve a time, we hold that spot just for you — meaning we cannot sell it to someone else.
That said, we can usually accommodate small adjustments if they’re requested more than 48 hours before your scheduled time.
WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THE WAIVER?
We are required to have a signed waiver for every participant.
-
Adults (18+) must complete their own waiver.
-
Minors must be added to the parent or legal guardian’s waiver.
Bringing kids who aren’t yours? Their parent/guardian can easily fill out a waiver in advance right on our website.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP PACKAGES OR DISCOUNTS?
Large group pricing applies to groups of 15 or more.
We do offer special “Small Group Experiences” for groups of 6 or more that include a couple hours of fun, pizza, pop and a private party room at a discounted price.
If your group is smaller than 15, please book using the “Make a Reservation” button on our Home Page.
If your group is 15+, simply visit our Groups of 15 or More page and our team will follow up with rates and availability.
WHAT'S THE MINIMUM / MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE?
It depends on the attraction! Here’s a quick guide:
Escape Rooms: No minimum (2 is great!) — up to 14 players, but we recommend 6–8.
Laser Tag: Up to 20 players per game.
Mini Golf: Up to 5 players per scorecard.
Batting Simulators: 1–6 people. (Only one person batting at a time — your session time is shared.)
Adventure Rooms: Designed for 2–6 players.
Laser Maze: 1–2 players at a time.
Pixel Arena: 1–6 players at a time.
IS THERE FOOD AND DRINK AVAILABLE?
We offer a fully stocked concession area with a variety of snacks and beverages (including alcholic for 21+)
We also partner with a local pizzeria to have hot and fresh pizza available.
No, outside food is not permitted.
